How Frontline Connect Works

Frontline Connect was set up in late 1999 by Elliott Smith to give personal training and support to household computer users and small companies in the Herts, Beds and Bucks area. Elliott graduated from University at Portsmouth in 1998 and has gained considerable experience in IT training & support helping many and varied customers & clients.

Frontline Connect is capable of handling jobs from a simple PC Health Check through to complex network solutions and believe in a personal & friendly approach and understands that the most important factor is to keep your computer system running smoothly and efficiently.

Rates

We are happy to work on a very realistic standard call out charge of £45 which will cover the first 20 minutes with a subsequent charge of £12 every 20 minutes thereafter because we believe and have proven that most jobs can be solved within the 1st half and hour..
The generous feed back we get from our clients is that we offer great value for money. Our objective is to work with our customers on a continuous basis, and that they recommend us to their friends and colleagues or business contacts.
